SIA or IIT?

It's better to opt for the SIA scholarship (which offers to study 11th n 12th in singapore) or try for IIT. Though i am good in academics, i am also intrested in extra curricular activities which is offered in singapore schools. i also have an idea of giving iit after doing 12th there. But of course there are possibilities of me continuing in singapore or opt for aboard universitiesi am jus concered about the fact that the standard of education would be higher, better students and an international platform is available there. Reasearch opportunities are better there. But IIT is equally recognised. the schoalsship takes care of fees and other charges, and from there it is easy to get into the national university of singapore, which has great recognition worlwide.I have an aim of becoming a scientist so which would promise me a better career.THANK YOU
