Where can I find research about team teaching or co-teaching in elementary education?

I am looking for research showing pros and cons on team teaching in elementary education. The two classrooms would be 1st grade. One teacher would teach Math and Science and the other teacher would teach Language and Reading. I would appreciate any help you can give me.
