Should the children of illegal immigrants receive a public education?

question for my research paper that i'm almost finished on. just wondering what other people think. i think they should receive an education if they r already here.

no the should not! The illegal immigrants and their children should be deported. It is not fair that citizens have to pay taxes while illegal immigrants do not. Why whould the children of illegal immigrants get the same education as our children.

I am not against immigration and i totally condone immigration if it is legal. Its not fair that people from other countries have to fill out tedious immigration papers and have to be screen tesed before being allowd to come to our country, while illegal immigrants just hop the border.

No. As none of the family is legally entitled to be in the US, none are entitled to the benefits that are given to legal immigrants and citizens.

By taking away perks such as free education, we can encourage more self deportation and less sense of "entitlement" by illegal aliens who are criminally present in the US. As long as we continue to give them "freebies" to which they are not entitled, they will continue to feel that they have every right to defy our immigration laws to the detriment and expense of citizens, legal immigrants and potential immigrants from around the world.
