Health Care and Education in the State of Florida?

I have a project regarding issues in Florida and I was wondering if anyone could help me out. What are major problems faced by Florida such as the Health Care system and Education, and why are they a major issue? There Stats? And, what would be done to improve these issues.

I sincerely appreciate the help.

With health care, one thing is the number of retirees and elderly folks who come to live here. So it's a big and busy industry, with lots of customers. It has the usual problems that other places have: uninsured people, crowded clinics and nursing homes, lawsuits, and some doctors practicing illegally.
As for education, Florida's legislature is very cheap with schools. Florida's per pupil spending is low compared to other states, and teacher pay is well below the national average. Classes are crowded and there aren't enough schools to keep up with the growing population. There was a vote called the ''class-size'' amendment that passed. It was to limit class sizes. The people voted for it, but the legislature is planning to cut millions from school funding this year and next. It's too bad people don't seem to think the public schools deserve more funding, but lots of people vote for politicians who run on tax cuts, but then the schools are always on the chopping block.
