Continuing education for 24 year old adults after high school. Easy admission

to university? I barely graduated from high school with a C average and minimum requirement. Some of the courses I took such as math, ended in grade 11. Just took off with minimal credits, which was enough to graduate.

I'm 24 now. I really regret the fact that I neglected my studies back then. Life's been hard.

I fear getting back the grades studying for grade 12 subjects again and wasting another year or two with it. It'd be pretty embarrasing, you know?

Is there a program in universities where they accept you without looking much at your previous marks, and accept you because you're 24 instead of 17?

If there is a way please tell me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
