Military wives education?

what the heck!?! My husband is stationed in Japan. I have accompanied him and would like to continue to pursue my education. The problem that I am encountering is that even the college on base wants you to pay out of state prices for credits even if the military has pretty much forced you into being out of the state. we cant afford thousands of dollars a class on an E4s salary. The college I was attending in the states does not have the online courses I need.

this is just another way the military doesnt help military families. How do they expect people to reup if there families are miserable?
