Does online education degrees really count in New York City?

I am working but would like to eventually be a teacher I was looking at the online teaching programs, they are so tempting.

Check with your state department of education. Some online degree programs are ligit, others are scams. Before you begin, make sure it is recognized by your state dept. of ed.
