education for the army after high school?

yeh umm im in grade 10 and im almost done and I want to join the army right away I hate school and its not for me but when I sign up for the army I just want to get my training done as an infantryman and go off for duty I heard there was educatoinal things like in a classroom and college? is it mandatory? I would also like to know what the requirements are to become a sniper in the canadian army. Please answer back
