education.How,where,what should i do? I live in a town where the only job opportunity for people like me is a meat packing company, I worked there for 3 yrs since I was 18 and recently got fired. Now I'm just lost, addicted to drugs, living off my parents, lonely, depressed, and scared to death of my future. I am very talented in music and my goal in life is to make a living working with music, but living in Liberal, Kansas there are no opportunities to help me achieve something like that. Someone please help guide me, because god isn't.

If you want to quit drugs, and can not do it on your own, join a 12-step program like AA for your drug (there's MA, NA). If they don't have that in your town, find the nearest AA meeting - just tell them that ________________ is your alcohal. They'll understand. This will also give you a way to address you loneliness, depression and plan for your future.

Do what you can to get regular exercise - it builds your spirit as well as your body.

Oh, and get a job (any job) and save enough money to leave town and move to someplace that has a music scene. You will be happier there.
