education and zoology?

ok so heres the story.... i want to be either a pre-k elementry teacher or a zookeeper. i would enjoy both but my question is is there any college in the texas area where i can get the degrees to accomplish this? i heard you just need to qualify as a teacher but you need a degree for zoology help
