| evictions. any apartments in kansas city area friendly to those that had... ...evictions or limited rental history? first question. any kansas city readers can tell me of any apartment complexes that are good at giving second chances? also does these things show up on background checks after 10 years? my eviction was in 1997 ans worry that even though my eviction is not on my credit bureu any longer that it will be on a back ground check. also i lived at my current apartments for 10 years. (2 different units)no issues on rent payments. will landlords ask me for references for beyond the past 10 years? honestly i do not even remember the names and places i lived at prior to where i am at now. i do not even remember the address where i was evicted from. i am looking to apply at this complex that does not ask me to disclose if i was ever evicted it just states that i have to have positive rental history for the past 6 months. it also does not state there will be a background check. do you think my chances are good getting in there?      |
