Would you rather be the GM of a franchise with a lot of history or a new one?

Would you rather be the Owner or GM, even coach for that matter, of a team with a long list of history (a team that is in the re-building era, but has a lot of history), or be the first to build a new franchise?

(Pressures of keeping the history alive with the older franchises, but then there is the struggle of building a fan base, a team, ect of a new franchise.)
Yes, but you would have to CREATE the shadows for the futures to live in...
