| we had a hospital bill for my 15 yr. old son- on our ins- now his credit...
...shows delinquent history-help!? my son is 18 and is trying to get credit-his credit shows a delinquency-I found out a medical bill for my son was not paid (when he was only 15) now the collection agency has put it on his credit report-is that legal? what do I do?
