The History of Hair-Why do Africans need to perm their hair and the hair of white...

...women is straight always? I have a perm sitting in my hair now I feel some burns though anyway why is the hair of black women always nappy and hard to comb and kinky if they don't perm it, I have noticed that white and Mexican and non black women don't need to perm their hair because it is not like the hair of African women, I have always wondered why is it that black women use all types of chemicals on their to get it perfect, say for example Ellen DeGeneres's hair is always easy to comb and she doesn't need to put chemicals in her hair to get it perfect she can simply wash it and condition, and Annie Wilkes from the movie movie Misery we can see that she doesn't need to put chemicals in her hair her hair is always straight, this question may sound confusing.
