how can I find deleted history on my computer. Trash has been emptied.?

I sent an e-mail to someone and I trashed it after sending it and then deleted it. I then emptied trash. I then deleted History. Is there still a way I can get that e-mail I deleted back? I hope you can help me.

I guess you've lost it forever but you can try these all on your risk. I take no responsibility.

Use system restore and restore your machine to a date before deleting or to a date in which the mail was in recycle bin.

Use recovery programs to recover deleted files.

yes can but you have to contact they administrator
