I've had a stuffed nose for about a month. Nothing comes out when I blow. No

history of allergies. Ideas? Right now I'm up asking this question because it is so frustrating to try to fall asleep. Nasal spray helps a little. It was just my right nostril that was stuffed but for the past two nights/day it has been both. I'll be making a doctor's appointment tomorrow. But any ideas if there r no doctor's available?

Before I had this stuffed nose I did come down with a respiratory infection but I'm not sick anymore.
