it depends on which browser your using. for IE7, you normally have to go onto tools (top right of the screen), and 'delete browsing history'.

Since everybody's answered your question on how to delete your browser history, I'll tell you how to get rid of everything else saved on your computer (temporary files and all).

Click on start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Cleanup
Choose your drive and click ok, it'll search for anything it can delete which will get rid of your history, temporary files and clear up space on your computer
