well you could not fit the answer on here!!!There is evidence of baking right back to egyptian times where they used to make flat breads and bake them in the sun. The bible says that they ate bread and so baking must have had some form right the way back then although it would not be the bread we know today.If you really want to further your knowledge try googling it or looking in your local library for books on this I am sure there will be so much information your mind will boggle!!!
