Wil the new Oklahoma City NBA team retain the history of the Seattle Supersonics?

Or will it be like the thing with the Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns in the NFL a while back? I ask because the city of Seattle retained the rights to the name and colors used by the Sonics.
