History is playing up and i can't find my cookies?

Hi so when i go look into my history files and check the properties it used to say when they were last accessed as in the last time i went to that page so i could still see the sites in history without going to them but now it say that the last time i accessed them was when i looked in my history so without even going to that page it's saying that i accessed it it wasn't like this before and yes it is crucial for me to know these things becasue i'm a spy on the computer and like to know whos gone to what seeing as it's my computer and it gets shared by a few people and also all my cookies are gone to theres a file there but there all gone and i know they have to be somewhere (i know how cookies work) but i can't find them i searched all files and folders and only two files related to cookies came up and they only had one thing in them and that was Index so yeah if you can help me find those cookies that would be great too thanks Jade
well isn't it your cookies thatkeep these sites on your computer?? like if you have passwords saved than it's your cookies that keep them saved?? i know it is because our cookies did get wiped once and i had to start all my sites from scratch again
