| Is Jim Crow the most prolific seed-spreader in history? from Obama's recent speech on race: "But we do need to remind ourselves that so many of the disparities that exist in the African-American community today can be directly traced to inequalities passed on from an earlier generation that suffered under the brutal legacy of slavery and Jim Crow." So, Barak: how EXACTLY do Jim Crow laws and slavery explain the fact that TODAY 70-80% of black children are born to unwed mothers, and that number was far lower in the 1950's? Personal responsibility. Learn it. Live it. Love it. BigShow and D-2: so being poor makes you have unprotected sex and babies out of wedlock? Hmmm.... Good responses. NOT.      |
