I have a Franklin Mint Medal with Christmas Carolers on the front, does anyone...

...know anything about it? It has carolers on the front, a family watching them through a window on the back, the case says "Sterling Silver Proof" and "Limited Edition Struck by the Franklin Mint"

Tell me anything you know about this medal or coin, what year etc.
