The plot for this movie is really a piece of *beep*

I'll give a few reasons why I cant accept that michael switched place with a paramedic.

1. The doctors never check the pulse of a "dead man"?

2. Why does the paramedic try to kill Laurie in the car?
Assume you wake up, you're in a car, and obviously shocked, would you try to get your hands on the person driving the car? It's not like the paramedic rushes to get the body-bag open, he does it kinda slowly.

3. You're telling me the paramedic got thrown out of a windshield and didnt receive a major damage to the head? That he got hit by a car, thrown down a hill and finally ending up being crushed by a car against a tree.
Man that seriously is one lucky paramedic.

4. Why does he react to the name Michael? He reacts when Laurie is saying his name like: Ya I'm Michael, what?

It simply wasnt well thoughtout
