Ashley asks what 'exactly' is passover but gets mad when I answer~what do you think?

She sends me an email but doesn't accept emails for me to respond. She sends me this email and I quote:
Message: I want a real answer that you know, not an answer you copied off a website. Why the hell would I read that giant answer when I can just read it off the website you copied it off of? Idiot.
Why call me names? She asked a question. She wanted to know exactly - so I give her the most definitive answer I can find while including my own information with it and she calls me names!

Had she bothered to read through it, I added some things at the beginning, middle and end of the quote!

What do you all think? Was I treated unfairly or what?
