i dont know if i should convert to JW???

i was talking with my mom and others, and i told them how i like a JW and they told me that one of is going to have to convert if we plan on getting married in the distant future. so i was weighing the pro's and con'sif i was to convert what should happen to me?i dont plan on getting baptized in the religion, im still going to celebrate holidays with MY side of the family...but i will go to a meeting every 5 months. lol (no offense but that sounds really boring, and besides i dont even go to church that much..but i love Jesus lol) so basicaly i will support his beliefs but continue to follow mine.what do you think?

Simply put, do not join the Jw's at any time. Do not join anything just because you like someone, look into what you will be joining into. Use you mind to help you and not your heart to get you into something you may not want to be into!!

you already know the answer... look into the history of the religion (i.e. how it started and who started it) and you will see how twisted the religion is.

Don't do it. Absolutely not. JW is a cult. They don't believe Jesus is God. The scriptures command us not to be unequally yoked, which means don't marry an unbeliever. If you do, you will regret it the rest of your life. God knows what is best.

The way the church is run they will put enormous pressure on you to not associate with your non-member family and friends other than to try to convert them. This is a very serious decision you are making. Read everything you can find on this doomsday religion.

First, don't commit yourself to any religious denomination or organization if you don't wish to follow it completely, or if you are unsure about it, or if you don't wish to commit, etc. Make sure it is because you believe it's the right thing to do, not because of your husband or because your family has always been like this etc.Secondly, the JW have a lot of unbiblical, unChristian beliefs unprecedented in the history of orthodox Christianity.

I would not. JW's believe that it is good works that get you into Heaven. Unfortunately, their beliefs are contradicting. However, according to Isiah 57:12 " I will expose your righteousness and your works, and they will not benefit you."Do some reasoning, talk to a pastor from a non JW church, and he'll show you out of a Greek bible where the JW's have changed some verses to properly fit their beliefs.

The Watchtower Society (the JW organization) teaches that Jesus IS NOT God and they reject His Cross.So by joining the JWs you will be joining an organization that rejects Jesus and does not accept the Cross.Christians believe that Jesus is God... .JWs do not.Don't convert.
