Wat sahoor do u intake in ramadan?

i no most of us have a variety of iftar in ramadan but wat about sahoor? Don't 4get that sahoor is barakah & the angels make duwa 4 the person who take it .
Dawn, where do u origin 4m? I've never tried dates in olive oil but yes we do fry dates in butter & make a halwa kind of thing & some times make biscuits(mamool) out of them & it is so yummy.
