yeah costa rica crabs! they need a temperature of about 75-80 degrees with about 75% humidity and plenty of sand to dig in. so yeah they dig. and hermit carbs arent boring to me but it depends how you treat em or how you think. they also need both fresh and salt water in order to keep its lungs wet or they will sufficate and die make sure they have plenti of room to roam or they wont be very active and dont get more than one cause they will fight. but if they arent active just put a few crickets for them to eat since they are used to rain forests but most of the crabs have never seen a rainforest so give em a good life other then a pet store or sumin like that. IF THEY ARENT ACTIVE ENOUGH FOR YOU TRY A DIFFERENT TYPE OF ANIMAL.

Halloween Crabs are bright orange and blue... very pretty actually. There is a species called a Halloween Hermit Crab as well. Does it burrow? Most crabs do - This crab digs burrows in the rainforests of Central America.
