Passover-promotion USMC?

What is the % of being promoted once passed over?
I am talking about my current husband, we are legally seperated, and he has his girlfriend living in the Marital home.

We have a disposition coming up .
he some how wants to blame me for ruining his career after he has been passed over more then 4 times when I left him.
He DOES NOT want to pay me my portion of retirement.
This is what we are facing.
He took pictures of his genitals along with his face and was soliciting men and woman for sex.........stating he was a Officer and where he was stationed.

His chance are slim to none. If a higher officer some how can to like him and recommend him he might have a low chance. But being pass over four time won't help. So what may happen is he getting invoulntary separate from his duty. Which mean they kick him out. So his chance is zero

you need to get over the bitterness..he needs to grow up..the only thing you can do is be classy and do not lower yourself to his lack of standards..His promotions (or lack thereof) depends far more on his attitude and attention to duty details than it does on you..so I wouldn't be concerned..that is HIS problem to worry about..If you have been married for a certain length of time..he is bound by law to pay you a portion of his retirement..If he is doing this on the internet , it will bite him in the end..so don't let it worry you too much..as conduct unbecoming to an officer...good luck
