Halloween of 2000?

I've talked about this before on Yahoo! Questions but want more updated information. I knew names of the people that assaulted me on Halloween of 2000 and while a police report was filed, nothing was done to any of the individuals.

I find it funny also, that I complained that while someone my mother knows was yelled at for having a red and blue light on their vehicle, someone else in town that is a jerk does not get in trouble for it. So trying to be a fair citizen, I told them all about it!

But they shrugged it off when I told them.

You do your civic duty, and for what? To have information fall on deaf ears? The crime rate hasn't gone down, the cops just don't care what people have to say and as a result, have less to deal with!
