Why is it considered offensive to speak openly about Christmas but not Easter?

Holidays There is a lot of Holidays, just to name a few ! Christmas, Dasara, Diwali, Earth Day Easter, Halloween, Hanukkah Independence Day, Kwanzaa, Passover, Ramadan, St. Patrick's Day Thanksgiving ,Valentine's Day, Yom Kippur, General - Holidays

Why is it considered offensive to speak openly about Christmas but not Easter?

Many companies refer to Christmas as 'The Holiday' or some other word that does not infer a religious observance. However, they openly post advertisements for Easter sales and their adjusted hours at Easter.
