My halloween rom for stella emulator won't work. Plz help?

Holidays There is a lot of Holidays, just to name a few ! Christmas, Dasara, Diwali, Earth Day Easter, Halloween, Hanukkah Independence Day, Kwanzaa, Passover, Ramadan, St. Patrick's Day Thanksgiving ,Valentine's Day, Yom Kippur, General - Holidays

My halloween rom for stella emulator won't work. Plz help?

Ok so i downloaded the stella atari 2600 emulator and downloaded the halloween game but when i turn it on the halloween theme plays but the screen changes colors and thats it what is going on
