I just bought a halloween goodie bag on neopets how do i open it ?

I bought a halloween goodie bag from a shop and when i looked in my inventory it would only let me play with it how do i open it ?

That's how you open it. By playing with it. When you do the items that were in the goodie bag will be added to your inventory.
