help horror fans!! halloween sequel query?

i'm sure i saw one of the halloween movies on t.v years ago set in and around a village and a factory making these halloween badges, that if they got worn would emit the evil and kill people, it was all set in a sunny hot place and the kids who knew about the badges were set out to stop them being sold!! is this an actual film or did i dream it?

...that was 1982's "Halloween III: Season of the Witch", which was an attempt at an idea, conceived by director/producer John Carpenter, and producer Debra Hill (...though Tommy Lee Wallace was the ACTUAL director of the film), whereby a new 'Halloween' film, a sequel in name only, would be produced every year; although the storyline of "Halloween III" was very intriguing and macabre (...and DID eventually 'grow' on people, and find a cult audience, all it's own), it initially failed with audiences, who had gone to the film, expecting further terrors perpetrated by the Michael Myers character...
