Just to get ppl's attention that like those specific movies that they're showing, I think.

I think it shouldn't even be called a "Halloween Week" just because they're scary movies.. not rly "Halloween" Movies.

Probably because alot of kids requested to have it because the movies on Halloween are cool on Disney Channel, or the program just put it on for fun.
