| Im a 17 year old girl. What home exercises should I do to tone my body
before the school year resumes? Im 17. I weigh 112 pounds but my height is only 5'1""
I want to drop 12 pounds within 2 mos. so that I'll have fit and healthy body on the start of the new school year. What effective exercises could I perform in my home? and what kind of food should I take more? take less? I really want this goal to be successful. Ive been struggling with this problem for about 2 years now and I have undergo lots of depression feeling that Im so fat and also feel lots of peer pressure. But though its been 2 years, I always find myself bein a loser in this "losing weight battle", thats why I decided to seek for your professional help.
My top reason why I wanna loose weight is that I wanna gain my confidence back because by that I could be a better person in every aspect of my life.
