If it is bad enough the school is supposed to provide resources for you. Have your parents call for an IEP meeting to get you evaluated by the district. If they find that you are disabled enough by the OCD then they legally have to provide the resource for you to have a public education in the least restrictive environment.
If you and your family do not get what you need. Then homeschooling might be what you need. Try these two sites and see what your all think:
http://amblesideonline.org/ (for all subjects, except math)
http://www.cimt.plymouth.ac.uk/projects/mep/default.htm (math)
They are great and my son who is autistic is progressing rapidly under the principles of these two programs.
As for what to do now, until something gets decided, you need to find what triggers the bad episodes. Obviously, you have had this for a while, but recently "last 3-4 days" it has gotten bad. Talk to the school nurse and come up with a plan. If it will help, stay in the health office until you can take meds and/or calm down. If this does not help, go home. It is too hard to focus if you feel like people are talking about you or staring at you or your teacher is getting frustrated by your behavior. It doesn't help anybody to stay.
Good luck.
