Moving back home with parents to attend law school? So I am moving home to D.C to attend law school and I am wondering if it is better to take out loans to live in or around the District or if I should move back home with my parents after living on my own for the pass 6 years..I am 24 now and I cant really imagine be back home with my parents and younger brother. But I realize how much it cost to live in DC so should I just suck it up or pay the price and insure my sanity and complete comfort?

The best news is here your Parents still love you even if you moved it. lol . My grown daughter has moved in and out a few times .I still love her being here . As long as you respect that it is there house and dont fall back in to the mom will clean up after me habits . I am sure it will be fine . Remeber your parents wont be here forever cherish your time . Also take advantage of the help while your are working hard for what you want . Talk to them about what works best for you and the house rules right away . Good luck

Suck it up .. I did the same when I went back to finish my degree and you dont want the extra stress of worrying about paying your rent on top of your studies. If you hate it that bad when you move in then reconsider .. but otherwise give it a shot first .. think of the money you'll save!! Good luck =)
