vista blocking my home schooling site?

im taking a course online and everytime i type in my username and password my whole internet shuts down it closes all my tabs too without asking my permission......whats going on?> I HATE VISTA arghhh plz help me...if it is blocking this site..how do i unblock it

Try using firefox, its practically the same thing, but safer
