Home schooling.?

I might get homeschooled. Do you gain the same knowledge as regular school?
Well, my mom works Mon- Fri, 7-4. So, she cant homeschool me. What is another option, and will I be missing out on a lot?
Oh, and I dont think my dad would because he works too! Lol! Help?

If I had kids I would definitely home-school them. I would want them to be well-prepared when they have to compete for good jobs.

I am homeschooled and it rocks. I am 10 in 6th grade homeschooling, but in regular school I would be in 12 grade. You are going to have a blast.

I do online schooling. I like it, but when im bored i hate it! Its just theres nothing to do and my parents aren't home until like 8pm so i just sit around. But a lot of people have given me examples of things to do. So i think my bored-ness will eventually end! haha i'd say you get the same knowledge, its just a lot easier! It's kinda cool because you can get a job and make money and i have no bedtime. I can buy things that most 15 year olds can't because they have to go to public school.

i am homeschooled, and personally, educationally, i think it's better. you get to go at your own pace and do your subjects in any order you want to do them(most of the time) and i encourage you to be homeschooled! for examploe, if you are kinda ahead of people in your class, OR if you are slower than people in your class, you get to go at your own level and pace with homeschooling, if you know what i mean.

I did online home school for my junior and senior year and i think i learned more. Instead of having to waste time going to lunch, watching movies in class, etc, I spent my time actually learning.
