| What notch are high school girl hurdles on? I have a hurdle at home and...
...can jump over the first notch.? This is my first year being in track although I have always been an athlete. I am a junior this year and I am pretty fast. I am considering trying hurdles so my coach gave me a hurdle to take home. I have accomplished jumping over at the lowest notch. What notch am i supposed to be on for being a high school girl??
