| OMG. Everything thats going on at home & school together is like killing me inside. Please help!? Omg, It seems like everything gives me stress.... School,homework,teachers,Friends,guys,boyfriend,my body,parents,family,counselling,DRAMA!Wow. the list could go on and on. I write in a journal, i walk a lot. I try so hard to not get depressed about this stuff. But i can't help it!Nothing i do is taking it away.Journaling only hlps some, i need something else. I go to a counsellor once a week.But I get depreesed sometimes for no reason and sometimes for a reason. Ever since I was little my mom said i feel stuff deeply. But this is just really hard to go through. okay ^ all this is what i wrote in an earlier question. thanks to the 5 people who answered it. but people have told me to find a trusted adult to talk to. Some say my mom. But i dont trust my mom. Whenever i get mad at her for doing something wrong or making a choice that I know is wrong, she always turns it around on me. I did something wrong. But she also does it to my dad and my sister who is 2 1/2 years younger than me. I also am a competitive cheerleader and i started 2 years ago. i am not the best at tumbling, although i would like to be. This also is another stress put on me. thankss! |

| you sound like me, we suffer from being overachievers, we try to do too much and can usually make do but one needs to learn to pace and perhaps slow down by taking several "time outs" per day. find a quiet place at home, if at school, maybe go to the library, or the auditorium (my favorite place because it is always quiet there) just take 5-15 minutes to gather your thoughts or try to imagine yourself in a relaxing place.-blurey |

| i so understand what u talkin about sometimes in life everythings sucks around you. i am so amazed that u try to walk and write a journal thats so good i mean lots ppl does very bad things but wat ur doing is really good if those things u do isnt working try somethin else but keep writting on ur journal that will help u a lot. oh why dont u try sports like ranning or basketball stuff like that. good luck and talk to u soon. |

| Whenever I get stressed out about things, I have to take a step back and count how many things I am blessed to have in my life. You need to do what makes YOU happy and quit worry about everyone else. You make your own happiness. Get involved with groups that you're interested in, meet some new people who have positive outlooks. Whenever I get totally overwhelmed I do kick boxing, it ALWAYS gets my frustrations out. Make a cd with a bunch of up beat songs! And just keep in mind that life is short and it's only as good as you make it. |

| I know what you are going through. I had a very close friend and she died. I told her everything. Now, I find myself lost at times, with no one to talk with. But, it does help to surround yourself with people who care. Because little by little you began to open up. They do help. Maybe not all at once, but, in time. Now, I am a mom and grandmother. Maybe, this means I am to old to help. But, I am here for you if you would like to talk. One more thing. You sound like a very strong person. You seem to know your problems or weaknesses. That is a very good start. I don't know how old you are, but, sometimes moms and children do clash, and it seems like mom doesn't care or understand, but, I can assure you she does. Just give her a chance. After all, she raised a pretty terrific person from the way it sounds. So, she can't be all bad. Take care of yourself and prayers go out to you and your family. |
