can aids blood survive in water that is being send to our homes, schools etc?

can aids blood survive in water that is being sent to our homes, schools etc? If they are being sent to our homes, schools etc will they check the water for poisons and other things. If they check for poisons or other things, will they stop the water that is sent out or will they clean it on the spot?

Yes, AIDS blood does survive for up to 3 months in the water system and is not destroyed by the recycling process (or else we'd know how to cure it obviously). This is why you shouldn't drink tap water and NEVER shower with an open wound or you'll end up like Magic Johnson (who got AIDS from washing his hands in a petrol station bathroom despite having a cut on his thumb).

I'm not sure, but i'd think the fluoride and the other cleansing chemicals might put it off and it is also being exposed to the open air so presumably it would die....and the water is passed through several filters before it comes to you...

There is no way this can happen ,this is because, water which is send to homes and other places must be treated first with chemicals to ensure that it doesn't have any harmful viruses and other living organisms which may interfere with our health.
