What is the chance of judge ordering joint custody of a child in a stable loving

home, no bad health or school Motivation is of his wife whom is funding his attorney. The "Dad" is very resentful of the child's relationship with my husband whom had been with 6 yr old since a baby. And child Loves family and school and friends. Please help should I invole a psychologist/teacher or Dr to testify? How do I go about that?
I was never married to "Bio" Dad of child.
He has standard visitation already.
Not getting a divorce to my hubby, whom I have 2 kids with, sorry about confusion.

Joint custody is the normal order for custody outside of any serious threat to the health and safety of the child. Custody means that each parent has the right to be parents. It typically has nothing to do with how often the parents see the child. This is handled as visitation or parenting time. These schedules vary depeding on many factors. You will need to consult a local attorney regarding the details of the situation to get accurate information on your local laws and the customs of particular judges.

IF there is no specific reason to award judgement to one part or the other, like drugs, no money, no home and so on..The judge will ALWAYS give 50./50 custody to the parents. You will be required before the divorce is granted to work out an arrangement for the child which will have to be approved by the court before a marirage can be officially divorced.

A bio dad has every right to be part of his child's life (and I don't mean just once every two weekends) Your child is going to resent you in the future for keeping the bio dad away. I don't care how loving the stepfather is. Why do women continue to think the child belongs to them?

I don't get you..... two weeks ago you said your husband was abusive to you and you were pregnant. What gives?
