Breakfast troubles?

Hey there, so I am a 14 year old freshman, I try to get up every morning and eat some kind of breakfast, but most of the time i normally buy a bagel or bring something with me to school, but i'm going to start eating at home, when i do though, my breakfast never gives me energy nor does it make me full, how can I get a breakfast thta will help keep me awake and feel full?

you need fiber and protein, the 2 best things to give you energy and keep you feeling fuller longer. You can get this from high fiber, whole grains breads, eggs, fiber cereals, yogourt, milk, fresh fruit, cheese

Something with a combination of protein, carbs and protein will give you energy for sure. Something like peanut butter spread on a piece of whole grain bread with slices of banana ontop. It tastes really good. =D

Breakfast troubles?

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product (all natural) which I think helps a lot in the process (it's really good for detox, you'll feel much healthier). I recommend you check this website http://www.fun-diet-easy.us , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!
