Hello, I'm looking for a house big enough for 2 people and a cat. I don't want it tiny, but a decent size. not huge.I want it to be close to middle or high schools and grocery.I'm not very wealthy, so if its for sale, $0-$10,000?And if its for rent, $0-$800?If you're currently selling or renting a home, please answer my question with the address and some pictures!Oh yeah, we're planning on moving in October.AND- I've already looked some up.Couldn't find any.
