if you put a child into foster care, does it cost money??

My mom doesn't want t me at the house anymore and just doesn't want me, she thought about putting me into reform school so i wouldn't have to be at home anymore and it's free. I asked my mom if i could find an alterniative to reform school to where i wouldn't have to be at her home any more, and if it doesn't cost money then she's fine with it, as long as i'm out and it doesn't cost money. and if it does cost monet I'm willing to give my mom the money to pay for things and work for it. So if to put a child into foster and it doesn't cost money then please tell me about that and if it does, how much is it? and what are maybe some ways to make it cost less. it would be great if i could get some help on this and it would save me a bunch of trouble!

Putting a child into foster care doesn't cost money but I'm pretty sure reform school does.

are reform schools a matter of choice to begin with? i think they are a sentence actually, and no, foster care is free, but she will have to sign you over, you can't just go get yourself into the program, your mother sounds like she needs help big time, talk to someone with authority, they can guide you better than we all could in here, laws and regulations vary from state to state and county to county anyways, so what goes here, may not wash where you are, and, vice a versa

first off your mom can't just put you reform school or foster care. The legal system namely the court. If you are not someone who cause problems why does she not want you. If you have grandparents talk to them see if you could live with them If you have none Call Child Protective Services in your state it is always a toll free number in the front of the phone book If you are telling the truth here it a sad sad person who has a child and does not love them Good luck to you I hope find some where to go
