My child swallowed a quarter, do I need to keep her home from school ? ?

The dr. said I need to watch for when the quarter comes out, so Im thinking I need to keep her home from school to watch for the quarter. She doesnt ordinarily have bowel movements at school, however It would be awful it she did, and I am busily searching through stools at home and concerned.
The dr. says I "have to find the quarter in her poop", and if it doesnt come out in 4 days, we have to take her for Xrays.
So if she poops at school, I wont be able to dig through it to chk for a quarter. Btw, she is only in 1st grade
She swallowed a quarter b/c she is 6, and while you would hope she wouuld know better, kids are still kids
No Xrays, unless the quarter doesnt come out after 4 days And/Or she has abdominal pain, or vomitting, or blood in her stool
