Is it wrong for me to want my young kids to stay home from school and daycare when

they are sick they were sup pose to go back to their fathers house on Sunday but I am keeping them till Tuesday to take them to Dr AND GET THem better. We have Joint physical custody I have them every other weekend school breaks Back Sunday I was going to jail, But I contaCTED police and they said I had every right to have them. Why is my ex-husband doing this? Why is it a big deal? To make matters worse he keeps getting is gf involved!

Your breaking the agreement. You should return them and tell him to bring them to the doctors. You should never defy court orders because it makes you look bad.

I am sorry but if the father of my kids were going to jail on Sunday, I would not let him have them. If you love your kids and want to be a good mother, stay out of trouble. Your kids need you.
