HELP ME PLEASE!!!!! MATH HOMEWORK!!!! it's about Quadratic functions!?

i was absent in my math class for couple of days and didnt get a chance to learn some things and now it's spring break and we have a packet to do and i dont understand how to do it. can someone PLEASEEE help me!!!
here are the questions.

1) Create a quadractic function, f(x) in standard form with 2 distinct roots whose vertext is at (3,-2)

2) Find the axis of symmetry and the roots of f(x)

3) write the function in vertex form by completeing the square

4) Use f(x) and what you know about transformation to create another function , g(x) in standard form with no real roots whose vertex is also at (3,-2). use the tquadratic formula to show that the roots of g(x) are not real.

5) Find 2 non real numbers of thge form a + bi such that a and b does not equal to 0, whose product is 17.
