Sitcom homework help?

I need some help on ideas for a sitcom... And a few jokes aswell... its called sugar and spice... Its about 4 girls: Olivia, Jane, Mia and Grace.

They are teenagers and go to school. I have no idea about what it is going to be about... Please Help

just make the girls very different to each other...make them contradict each other about almost anything..in a funny way though..
